Proof of Identification
Before your first rental we will require the following. Two utility bills that are less than 3 months old, displaying your name and current address. On collection of your kit we will need you to provide either a Driving Licence or Passport to validate your ID.
Payment
Payment to be made before collection via BACS.
Collection/Return
Collection must be made the day before your booking from 2pm-5:30pm, or on the morning of your booking date. Returns must be made the morning after your booking from 8:30am-11am or on the afternoon of your booking date.Anything returned after the 11am cut off point will be charged an extra days hire.
