The RED Komodo is the latest offering, and smallest camera that RED have ever made. With 6K Resolution, global shutter and REDs infamous 16 bit raw R3D codec, this camera is punching well above its weight. The Komodo’s small and modular form factor allows the camera to be used in situations that are impossible for its larger counterparts. Being modular, it can also be rigged to cater for any particular shooting situations. The global shutter is fantastic for quick moving subjects, eliminating rolling shutter artefacts found in most cmos sensors. This also allows for far more accurate stabilisation in post production. The Komodo has a Canon RF mount as standard, but can be adapter to EF, PL and many other popular lens mounts.
